Ina-Garten
Ina Garten has been an acclaimed American cook book author for a number of decades. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa that began in 2002. Ina began writing Nuclear energy and policy documents to the White House. While she initially found the work fascinating, eventually she became bored. So she purchased a Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food shop. It took her 18 years to make the store extremely successful before selling it off before acquiring a pen to begin writing her first cookbook. Numerous other cookbooks and magazine columns were later published. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too began its run and was a hit. She also sells everything from equipment to cooking supplies and containers. Ina is a self-taught cook who has not been to a cooking class and has never been in the kitchen. She is well-known for her effortless approach to entertainment and simple food preparation. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet roasted lemon chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac and Cheese.
