Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card a year after. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel spent her first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel likes working out her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Warming up is usually done prior to the actual exercise. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way is possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her exercises in the back.
